The card helps organise a customer enquiry about the shipping service. Actual arrangements need operator review and explanation.

Ensure the description reflects what you know. Proposed people, places and timing are requests for review, not operating instructions.

Scope of the card

The card provides no price, schedule, acceptance or approval decision. It creates no booking, shipping agreement or representative appointment.

Request an explanation of scope and uncertainties through Kereta WhatsApp. Follow only arrangements actually confirmed for your request.

Does this card confirm arrangements?

No. The card organises customer proposals. The operator must review people, places, timing and scope before arrangements can be considered confirmed.

How do I request a shipping review?

Read the handover and collection notes, then use Kereta WhatsApp for a review of shipping between Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak and a quotation. You choose whether to send the message.
