Keys and belongings need specific questions before arrangements are made. Do not treat illustrations or customer choices as permission to include items.

Key questions

Ask what key details need explaining for your car and who handles them in each part. No key count or handover procedure is prescribed here.

Belongings questions

If you plan to leave something in the car, ask first. This page does not say that belongings are allowed or covered.

Avoid assumptions

Record questions in the card and request answers for your enquiry. After the explanation, follow only arrangements that are actually confirmed.

Before sharing the enquiry

Does this card confirm arrangements?

No. The card organises customer proposals. The operator must review people, places, timing and scope before arrangements can be considered confirmed.

How do I request a shipping review?

Read the handover and collection notes, then use Kereta WhatsApp for a review of shipping between Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak and a quotation. You choose whether to send the message.

Ask the operator

Review both arrangements.
