01

Requested handover scope

Ask which handover arrangements the quotation refers to and what information is still needed. Proposed places or people may not yet be accepted.

02

Requested collection scope

Ask how collection is described in the quotation, including anything separate or undecided. Do not assume the arrangements are the same at both ends.

03

Clarification before deciding

Read the operator’s explanation. If proposed people, places or timing change, explain the change and ask for the scope to be reviewed again.
